When accessing a Microsoft® Remote Desktop session, you might come across the need to access the Windows Security screen or dialog to perform operations such as locking the session or changing your password. The below screenshot shows how the screen looks like on different versions of Microsoft® Windows®.

To access this screen or dialog box on a Windows® based machine, use the Ctrl+Alt+End combination.
