Sometimes when preparing to re-install a system that isn't working properly, it helps to backup the drivers that are installed on the system if it is at all possible. This helps reduce the time required to find drivers from scratch, whether it's from a motherboard manufacturer's website or a system builder or OEM's website.

The utility we use the most often is called Double Driver. It can be used for both the backup of drivers, as well as restoration of drivers. You can opt to back them all, or only certain ones, and the same goes with restoring them.
